Really pad the bill too much.Charge for a service call after installing opener.Charge for bracket that comes with opener package thats fraud.Adding for keyless pad. Not happy.

James was able to come to my house in less than an hour He fixed the broken door temporarily but it's going to need a new door. I purchased 2, one for the large door & 1 for the small one. They are 22 years old He was so patient with me while I chose the door & the glass inserts James is one of the nicest people I have met. I'm a widow & have to make decisions by myself. James made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I highly recommend Precision Garage.

Our garage door actually jumped off the roller tracks and collapsed on Super Bowl Sunday. Justin Brown showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled, we got the door stood back up in the opening and Justin proceeded to repair it. He replaced the rollers, bearing, springs and re-aligned the door in about an hour. Justin provided great service on a Sunday and really saved the day. Thank you Justin, and Precision.
