the young tech was very proffesional mr leone was able to reset my garage door opener and explained that it was and old system 20 plus yrs and that when i needed a new one precision would give me a fair price and excellent service i reviewed some of the paperwork he left and the potenial cost. I let him know that as soon as i was ready i would call and schedule for the work I appreciate the excellent service and timely efficeincy of your service

Tech Chasen Leone provided 3 options from least expensive to most expensive, and I chose the third option because it provided the best solution to replace a twenty year old model with worn parts, not to mention a broken spring. Every option was spelled out to the penny and explained to my satisfaction. Chasen was energetic despite it being the last appointment of the day, and he did a superb job in the timeframe he predicted. I am very pleased with the new motor and it’s quiet operation.
