I was very disappointed in my bill. I was charged a lot! $415. The service was fast. He called me on my phone. I was not home at the time, my daughter was.

Had to replace the motor on my garage door opener. Eric was my tech & I cannot say enough good things about him. He was early, very professional & courteous & didn’t try to pressure me. He also helped me to re-program my two vehicles to recognize the new opener. This is the second time I have had to use Precision (first time just needed a tune up). Eric was my tech then as well. Both times he was pleasant, professional & courteous. I will definitely use Precision & ask for Eric again. Cameron arrived on time, evaluated the situation, presented various solutions and the cost for each. He patiently answered my questions and gave me plenty of time to evaluate each of the solutions and ponder my decision. After I made my decision, Cameron proceeded to replace the belt rail, ball bearing roller, torsion springs, and garage door opener. Approximately two hours later everything was installed, and Cameron explained clearly and carefully how to use the new wall console and demonstrated the safety features of the new garage door opener. At all times, Cameron treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism. He was respectful of my property. I am very happy I called Precision Garage Door Service of San Diego!
