Your technician Matthew did a great job making repairs in a timely manner. I was surprised however that the overall cost was about double what I expected. This was due to a previous conversation I had on the phone with the office staff stating that there was an $89Service fee to come out and that the springs were around $140 each. I wasn’t aware that both springs had to be replaced when only one was broken. Your technician also told me that it was just a one year warranty on the standard iron springs but that I could get a seven year warranty if I chose the more expensive springs. Bottom line, what I thought would cost around $250 ended up costing over $900. I wish I could’ve received a more accurate quote over the phone.
