I had Precision come out to look at my opener. After a very straightforward process, we determined they could fix the opener for a service fee or replace the fifteen-year-old opener with a new one. We opted to get a new one. This one is QUIET and with LEDs - bright. An hour later, everything was installed and programmed, including cars, outside keypad, and the new controllers.
