Love Precision. Came out on a Sunday and fixed my garage sensor. Door would open, but wouldn't close without holding the button down, inside the garage. Very odd problem. Easily made the appointment by calling their 24 service number, got a text with the tech's name and picture when he was to arrive (which is super awesome security). Dustin, the tech was prompt and worked the problem. Have used Precision twice now, and they are excellent. Would highly recommend them for your garage door issues.

Dustin showed up very timely, and worked quickly. Door remote would open the door, but wouldn't close it. Odd issue, that took replacing the sensors, replacing something in the unit and finally replacing the wiring. All I know for sure is that now it works! and under warranty!! :) Thanks Dustin!
