Here we were with a broken/half closed garage door on a Sunday night as my husband is recovering from a stroke. We thought we were going to be sleeping in our garage all night since it wouldn't close since it was totally off-track. Taylor found us a tech and Dustin was out in 30 minutes. He totally saved the day to the extent that we asked for a quote to add a key pad! He was professional and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough. And Dustin deserves 5 stars himself!!

Ben did a superb job replacing my garage door springs. His expertise was very evident. He is a very nice young man who explained to me what needed to be done. If I ever have a garage door problem again I will request his services. On another matter, I thought the cost to replace two springs, even with a military/senior discount was very high. The cost was $476. The last time I had the springs replaced (about 10 years ago) it was less than $200.

We wanted a more quiet door because the grandkids sleep right over the garage for their naps. The old chain opener was loud and vibrated. I told Josh if he could install a new system to be as quiet as our neighbors (which Jos installed years ago) I'd buy it. He looked at our door, and said he could do it and we'd be happy..........
