I was very happy that precision doors gave me a service call the very next day. The wire around the pulley was off one end and the spring was showing signs of wear ... I received new spring, wheels with a lifetime warranty for $1000.00. I was happy to have my garage door working again.

Matt confirmed the problem in that the "mother board" or something like that was defective which was causing the door control in the garage to not work, and that the door would open and close spontaneously. He took am appropriate amount of time, replaced the parts and solved the problem. Matt has a great personality and is nice to work with.
