I had a torsion spring break on my main garage door rendering the door non usable as it is too heavy for me to lift. I was having trouble finding someone to come out and stumbled across Precision Door Service. They were able to come out that same day which was great. What is nice about their service is you get text and email confirmations along with a photo of the technician so you know who to expect and when. I also got a call ahead. While small details it’s thins like this that I appreciate and show a business is thinking of their customers in the back of their minds. Our technician was Benjamin Pancarik. He was professional and allowed to to explain the issue and ask questions as well as make a few recommendations that made a lot of sense. He made quick work of all my repairs and the door is actually performing better. I am glad I found this company and couldn’t be happier with the work.

Excellent service. Alfredo was knowledgeable and efficient. After adjusting the force on the third door, he determined that the spring was okay. Replaced the metal rollers with vinyl ones and lubed and sprayed all three doors. Everything is working fine!

A+++ Rick Jasso installed a new garage door and motor at my home in Pine Valley. He install the door plumb and square. It's rare to find a perfectionist technician that cares and does such meticulous work with pride. If I owned a company I would be fortunate to have him as a member of my team.
