Our garage door was in bad shape and there were multiple fixes needed. We use it a lot, and rely on it to function well. It had started to only close some of the time, and we would come back to the home to find it randomly wide open. We were also concerned about putting a car inside and not being able to open it, or even worse, someone getting hurt trying to operate it. Henry he had all the parts with him to do the job without even knowing the extent of repair. My appointment time was later in the day, but Henry’s attitude was great and the job was finished just at sun down. Thank you so much for improving our quality of life and security! Kudos to Henry!

5 star review. Precision Door was able to schedule us the next day after we discovered the spring had broken on the main door. Appreciate the availability of 7 days/week service as things that go wrong usually happen on Saturday night or Sunday! Pedro the tech came earlier than scheduled and was able to quickly access the situation (some broken hinges along with the spring)and get us back with a working garage door. He patiently answered all our questions and provided a detailed description of the work done and the parts used. Prices are competitive with other service providers. We have used Precision in the past and they did not disappoint today.
