Ben was prompt, neat and clean, had expert skills and knowledge, was polite and professional, very efficient and productive, communicated clearly the issues with my overhead garage door, gave me three options for repair/replacement, and came at a moment's notice after the original technician didn't arrive for the appointment earlier in the day. (...although it may have been my fault. I am hard of hearing and may not have heard him knock.)
