This is the 2nd time I have used precision garage specialist and I can say they are consistently reliable . Kai Sells the technician is amazing . He arrived at appointed time , very professional and at the same time an easy going person who helped me unlock my front door which was the only way for me to get into my house as I got locked out since that night I arrived from a long trip . He inspected my garage door and worked on it right away . He changed the parts that are worn out and the door was back to work . However the next day door didn't roll down easily once opened . I attempted many times until it did . I messaged him and he said not to worry . He will drop by to get it checked just to make sure it's safe and working 100%. Thanks Precision for hiring good people and outstanding service !

Precision is awesome! We have had them out a couple times. We ended up having an issue Christmas Eve. I called not expecting service but, sure enough the came out. It ended up being a bit more complicated so a 2nd tech e summoned. Long story short, the guys did a fabulous job! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Excellent customer service!

Straightforward; punctual and reliable. My initial call was based on a recommendation from another company North of LA that constantly did business with them in the past and trusted their work and expertise. I’d mentioned to DeeDee in sales how a lot of other companies we tried to go with just failed to get back in touch with us, and she really went above and beyond by communicating expectations (timing, scheduling and pricing). Every step of the way felt like we were dealing with experts; really competent professionals. Day of repair, Brian (and Brian) showed up on time, knew every aspect of what the job entailed, had everything they needed, and got right to it! I had some other appointments later on that afternoon that I kinda expected to have to postpone/cancel, so I was pleasantly shocked they were done in just a couple of hours! Even helped us establish our remote keypad that had stopped working due to the issues with the gate. All in all, very pleased with their professionalism. Note: I initially scoffed at the sticker price, because we’d been quoted much lower numbers (by all the other companies that ended up flaking); this wasn’t a typical “repair”. All in all, if I had to do it again, I’d wish I found Precision sooner so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time/energy (and money, due to service calls for the estimates) with the other companies.
