Our experience with precision garage door service was excellent. From the initial call, to setting up the appointment, to the actual estimate and installation of the new garage door opener. Jonathan, our technician was very attentive, on time (offered to come early) and assessed our needs. He carefully helped us understand the new wireless features as our old garage door opener was 40 years old.

The technician was spectacular! Super knowledgeable, helpful and proficient but your fees to replace a remote are OUTRAGEOUS! I’ll install my own from now on (YouTube) and can then replace a lost remote for $20.00.

Great experience. Worked on 3 double roll up doors. Removed one damaged one and replaced it with an existing door, then added a new door to replace the one moved. Added 2 great garage door openers. Hollis, with help from Alec, were amazing and great guys to boot.

Great Job. Mechanic was thorough and explained everything he was doing and things I could do, maintenance wise, to keep my system and components in good condition. I would use them again if I have a need to have work done on my other garage door.
