Very disappointed. Recurring problem which your tech blamed on everything from sticky paint to sun glare. And this is after a complete rebuild (with supposedly lifetime warranty) and a new opener, both from Precision. I'll pursue a fix from someone else.

The tech was very polite. I have used you in the past to install a completely new garage door and had been very happy with the service and cost. The price I was given on the phone was ~385 for a new opener. The quotes I got in person started at over $600! That is bait and switch and not appreciated, not to mention all the additional things he tried to sell me. We just had a power outage that must have fried the opener which is 6 years old. He quoted as much as I paid for an entire new door! What a waste of $600. I was VERY disappointed in your approach and costs. Travis was patient with my annoyance. The call took less than 10 minutes.

Currently talking to Larry in SD regarding situation 6/4 gave her the svc fee back and need Monty scheduled for this Thursday 4-6 to get out there and adjust her spring tension. 6/4
